Booth expenditures:
■Standard booth fee: Including an exhibition area, a 2.5-meter-high wallboard, making of a booth fascia board, a 9-square-meter carpet, a negotiating table, two folding chairs, a 10A/220V single phase socket, and two spotlights.
■The empty space isn’t equipped with exhibition rack or other facilities. Exhibitors need to install specific facilities alone or entrust other organizations.
■Advertisement:
In order to improve the promotion effect and enable customers to know about and contact with exhibitors, the organizing committee will print an exhibition journal and issue it to participants on site. The journal will be mailed to competent departments, agents, retailers, user units, research institutes, associations, and others. Exhibitors are invited to place advertisements on this exhibition journal.
